We have a 10-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 10 days from the date of receiving
your item to request a return or exchange.To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition as when youreceived it - unworn or unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will needto provide the receipt or proof of purchase

Damages and lssues
Upon recelving your order, please inspect it immediately. lf you find that the item is defectivedamaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us right away. We will promptlyassess the issue and make it right.
If you receive a damaged product, we will replace it under all conditions. To reguest a replacementplease take a photograph of the damage and send it to us via email. Once we receive the photo, wewill determine the appropriate solution and either issue a replacement or take necessary actions toresolve the issue.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable ltems
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including Custom jerseys, special orders, or personalizeditems. lf you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please get in touch with us.
Customized products, custom jerseys, special orders, or personalized items cannot be exchanged orreturned. Additionally, orders with promotions or gift cards are not eligible for returns.
Exchanges
Customized products are not eligible for exchange. For eligible items, please contact us atsupport@stadiumjerseys.com within 10 days of receiving the item to arrange an exchange. Pleasenote that the item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels attachedPlease be aware that we do not provide return shipping labels. All return and exchange shippingcosts are the responsibility of the customers.
